The kind of content that was acceptable or even preferred in the past is incredibly offensive and we have come a long way as a society. I had an employer once try to use an offensive (sexist) illustration to promote a product and our team had to literally convince execs why it was a bad idea to use advertising content that was in such poor taste. Almost can’t believe it to this day.
